In 2011, Petoskey Middle School jumped into the 21st century by starting G3 Robotics, a robotics team for students who are interested in science, technology, engineering and math. G3 Robotics is part of the U.S. FIRST international robotics competition which includes thousands of kids from all over the world. We won the Michigan State Championship and advanced to compete at the World Championship in St. Louis, where they placed 31st in a field of 64 high school teams.
